When you join our existing program, you create a program that leverages an existing framework created by WIA and their Advisory Board comprised of leading industry experts. This provides you, the employer, the flexibility of getting started almost immediately without the need to develop your own apprenticeship standards, occupational outlines, or to initiate program registration with the Department of Labor.
