NATE 2022 UAS Expo Hosted by Valmont Set for June 27-28
First-of-its-Kind Drone Event to Take Place at Valmont’s Corporate Headquarters in Valley, NE; Sponsorship and UAS Exhibition Opportunities Available
(Valley, NE) – NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association announced today key details for the 2022 UAS Expo Hosted by Valmont on June 27-28, 2022 in Valley, Nebraska.
Leveraging Valmont’s expansive corporate headquarter facilities in Valley, Nebraska (located just a few miles outside of Omaha, Nebraska), NATE will host a variety of different exhibitions and experiments to further the industry’s understanding of the benefits and future opportunities of UAS operations around communications towers. Some of the demos and testing that is anticipated to take place at the NATE UAS Expo include the following:
• Automated Flight – Technologies and Methodologies
• Data Modeling and Impacts to the Tower Lifecycle
• RF Interference During Flight
• Antenna Impact (Crash!) Study
• Tower Easter Egg Hunt
• Safety Assessments and Rescue Capabilities
• BVLOS Operations

Drone Service Providers and other technology and software-based companies interested in participating in the various 2022 NATE UAS Expo testing events, flight exhibitions and demos will be required to pay a $1,000 entry fee. Proceeds from this exhibitor entry fee will be donated directly to the Tower Family Foundation and Warriors4Wireless. Companies interested in participating in the 2022 NATE UAS Expo testing and flight demos are encouraged to contact NATE UAS Committee Chairman Sam McGuire at sam@fieldsync.io.
All testing/exhibitor and social/networking events related to the 2022 NATE UAS Expo are free to attend for participants and stakeholders.
