The FCC recently published rules for the new Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB). The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act mandates that the FCC establish the ACP but makes certain modifications, such as reducing the monthly subsidy from $50 to $30.
